Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and motivated District Cooling Systems Engineer to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional to develop their skills in operations management, maintenance, and performance optimization of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, as well as experience with plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Possessing a solid background in thermal systems and building services engineering is essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Operations and Maintenance

Assist in overseeing operations and supporting maintenance for DCS plants and RCM sites.

Participate in field operations and associated activities.

Work closely with plant engineers and technical specialists to analyse and optimize DCS and RCM performance.

Assist the Maintenance team in troubleshooting technical issues in DCS and RCM.

Contribute ideas for modifications and improvement projects, helping implement solutions to resolve operational deficiencies.

Aid in developing and implementing operations and maintenance procedures.

Ensure adherence to operations and maintenance schedules.

Plan and track maintenance activities in CMMS.

Support the submission of detailed operations reports.

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date O&M documentation.

Support all internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
