Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue across our global hotel chain partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue across our global hotel chain partnerships
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including platform, content, product, service, and marketing teams, to achieve account expectations and maximize performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, including global chains, and orchestrate discussions with senior executives around business needs
  • Lead accounts and drive mutual performance objectives, annual targets, and milestones globally
  • Initiate new regional projects and accelerate the progress of global projects to promote brand awareness, business strategy, and product benefits to hotel chain partners
  • Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with VP, SVP, and C-level in global hotel chain teams in different geographical areas to ensure positive financial contribution
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in a Strategic or Key Account Management position, preferably from OTA/hospitality/travel industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset
  • Ability to demonstrate professional presentation
  • Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and channel distribution
  • Result and data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Hungry for success but humble
  • Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help day-to-day operations
