Job Title: Facilities Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Infrastructure Manager to lead our team of technicians in maintaining all facilities, building, and services systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical and building management systems. This includes conducting regular checks, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime.

  • Lead a team of technicians to maintain all facilities, building, and services systems (BMS, Electrical etc)
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs according to procedure for all electrical & BMS systems
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and determine root cause for rectification works of all electrical & BMS systems
  • Liaise with contractors on all electrical & BMS maintenance and repair works
  • Ensure compliance with all plant environment and safety guidelines
  • Maintain sufficient critical spares inventory for all electrical & BMS systems
  • Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
  • Standby duties as and when required for A&A or rectification works

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communications skills
