- Job Category: Administration- Posting Date: 6 Sep 2024Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Facilities & Infrastructure Development (FID), you will be responsible for analysing patient demand for healthcare services to project future healthcare demand and patient volume. This analysis will be used to determine the healthcare facilities required at each phase of Singapore General Hospital (SGH)’s development. Your responsibilities will include developing conceptual and space plans, as well as identifying the development of buildings required in SGH.

In addition, you will be tasked with conceptualising a Campus Physical Plan and Campus Support Infrastructure Plan to identify areas of integration, connectivity, and the concept of operations for frontline and support infrastructure services. Furthermore, you will need to evaluate and optimise the budget and space allocation for each project, and oversee the assigned development projects.

Job requirements:

- Degree in Architecture / Building Estate Management / Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge in planning and project management of major facility developments
- Independent, strong team player with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
