Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Digital IoT Field Service Technician. This role involves installing and configuring IoT devices, ensuring proper system integration and network connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IoT devices, sensors, and networking. They will also possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work hands-on with equipment installation and setup.

The selected individual will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance, inspections, and updates, as well as providing training and support to users. They will also keep records of work done and system performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Experience with IoT devices, sensors, and networking.
  • Basic knowledge of routers, IP addresses, and firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work hands-on with equipment installation and setup.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
