Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical guidance and assistance to customers.

About the Job:
  • Analyse customer needs and identify suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide roadmap and proof-of-concept guidance.
  • Offer hands-on support for hardware and firmware integration, including cellular and non-cellular module implementation, antenna and RF layout optimisation, and embedded software development.
  • Resolve customer issues during development and deployment, encompassing connectivity problems, firmware bugs or hardware misconfigurations, and certification compliance.
  • Evaluate RF performance, conduct device benchmarking, and perform field testing.
  • Advise on best practices for edge computing, data processing, over-the-air updates, device-to-cloud architectures, security, and other areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Map customer requirements to optimal IoT solutions.
  2. Deliver technical guidance and support throughout the design-in phase.
  3. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
