Strategic Partnership Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the development and management of merchant and affiliate partnerships.

This is a high-impact role where your commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to cultivate strong relationships will directly contribute to our growth.

You will be responsible for building a high-quality merchant network, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of deals through cashback vendors and external affiliate platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live - from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.
  • Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
