We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Manage scheduling of lessons, teacher calendars, and room bookings efficiently.
- Handle student registrations, payments, and attendance records accurately.
- Offer general administrative support by performing tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
- Assist with event coordination, including recitals, workshops, and open houses.
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications.
- Prior admin, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred.
Additional Information:
- This is a part-time position (3-4 days/week).
