Front Desk Support Professional

About the Role: As a Front Desk Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. Your key duties will include performing general receptionist and administrative tasks, data entry using Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and ensuring proper documentation and filing systems are in place. You will also be expected to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, divert calls to respective departments, and jot down messages when required. Additionally, you will attend to customers' enquiries, manage customer appointments, and deliver all customer services with excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic PC skills. Experience in retail or telemarketing is highly desirable, and you should be able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays. A cheerful and out-going characteristic, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
