Job Title: Sales Engineer Overview

This is a highly demanding role requiring an individual with strong sales skills and experience in the electrical engineering industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, addressing customer inquiries, conducting cost comparisons, liaising with customers, developing new markets, implementing marketing strategies, setting sales targets, forecasting potential projects, estimating costs, coordinating internal and external aspects of projects, and managing invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales teams to meet targets and goals;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners;
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities;
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies;
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and services.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in electrical engineering or a related field;
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the electrical engineering industry;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
