We are seeking a highly experienced Academic Faculty Member to join our team in medical education. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing curriculum for the MD Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with clinical faculty to design and implement teaching strategies across the MD curriculum.
  • Faculty Support: Provide educational leadership to teaching faculty, supporting them in aligning pedagogy and assessment with curriculum goals.
  • Programme Evaluation: Contribute to institutional quality assurance and programme evaluation efforts, using data to guide improvements in curriculum design and instructional methods.
  • Educational Scholarship: Conduct research in medical and health professions education, contributing to the School's scholarly output.
  • Institutional Engagement: Serve on curriculum, assessment, and education committees, engaging with internal and external partners to support programme improvement.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or EdD) in Health Professions Education or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in curriculum design, programme evaluation, or faculty development.
  • Familiarity with medical education frameworks and competency-based education principles.
  • Evidence of scholarship and educational leadership in health professions education.
