**Job Title:** Voice Recording Engineer APAC

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Recording Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of voice recording systems across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in voice recording systems, including NICE NTR/NTR-X, NICE Fusion, and Verint Verba. You will also possess strong knowledge of IPC Unigy (v5.5+), Cisco CUCM (v15), and Microsoft Teams Voice.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The role involves:

  • Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting and support
  • Daily business-as-usual (BAU) activities
  • Delivery of voice-related projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain Trader Voice and Voice Recording services
  • Ensure maximum availability and performance of voice recording technologies
  • Perform daily health checks on voice infrastructure
  • Provide user support and system troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a trading voice support or similar technical role
  • Strong expertise in Voice Recording Systems
  • Solid knowledge of IPC Unigy, Cisco CUCM, and Microsoft Teams Voice
  • Good understanding of Windows Server environments and network storage systems
  • Experience working with call logging systems and monitoring tools
