Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor site operations and enforce adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and other documentation for internal and client purposes.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor relationships to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
  • Provide input on construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements to enhance overall project performance.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-7 years' experience in civil engineering, particularly in piling and foundation projects.
  • Knowledge of bored piles, secant piles, diaphragm walls, ground improvement techniques, or general civil works is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, rotating between site and office locations as required.
