Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing civil engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and other relevant teams to gather information, develop solutions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of project documents, assess potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Participate in project clarification meetings, negotiate with clients, and ensure smooth handover of awarded contracts to the project team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure-related project management, tendering, proposals, and contract development within the engineering, construction, or related industry.
  • Possess Professional Engineering (PE) License.
  • Knowledge in project management, tendering, proposal, and contract development.
  • Demonstrated skill in supervising, performing, and presenting cost control and analysis, schedule development, control and analysis, and overall project reporting activities.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction techniques.
  • Demonstrated skill to present planning and scheduling and cost information to management and client representatives.
