Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise civil works at project sites
  • Prepare and review technical drawings and reports
  • Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion according to schedule
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years of site/project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of civil works and local construction practices
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Valid CSOC / safety certificate is an advantage
  • Singaporean/PR preferred; foreigners may apply (subject to work pass eligibility)

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
