AVP, Domestic Payment and Receivable Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our domestic payment and receivable products within the Global Transaction Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and execution of cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement overall strategy for the product portfolio, including defining a product roadmap and working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead the execution of product delivery, shaping the overall solution vision and roadmap to develop a seamless user experience.
- Analyze product performance, identify new initiatives or product enhancements, and articulate the problem statements, value proposition, and solution benefits.
- Oversee the build of the product and Go-to-market execution, including setting relevant metrics to drive commercialization and measure success.
- Identify and implement relevant marketing campaigns and activities to drive volumes, usage, and ultimately product revenues.
- Set product pricing and manage end-to-end costs to ensure product profitability with a short and long-term view.
- Perform competitive analysis and anticipate shifts in the market to pivot the product strategy as needed.
- Support post-implementation tasks, including user training, production enquiries, and problem investigation.
- Solid experience in product management, with a strong understanding of market trends, new technologies, and Fintech products.
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and dynamic environment.
- Result-oriented to drive key metrics assigned positively.
