Job Description
This is a Cash Product manager role within the Global Transaction Banking team, responsible for supporting domestic payment and receivable product needs of clients across different Business Units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the domestic payment and receivable product portfolio, including P&L accountability, product strategy and market/competitive analysis for new product launches.
The main responsibilities include:
- Managing cross-enterprise matrixed teams for assigned products to create and manage business cases, ongoing service levels and customer experience enhancement;
- Leveraging data on clients and transactions to analyse product performance, identify new initiatives or product enhancements, and drive commercialisation;
- Performing competitive analysis and anticipating shifts in the market to pivot the product strategy as needed;
- Supporting post-implementation tasks such as user training and production enquiries & problem investigation;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Solid experience in product management, with a strong understanding of transaction banking products and services;
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and dynamic environment;
- Result-oriented mindset to drive key metrics assigned positively;
- Good interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to develop best-in-class payment/collection projects customer journey;
- Able to ideate, design products, and work with IT resources/business partners to deliver;
- Highly aware of market trends, new technologies, new Fintech products and advisory technologies.
