Job Opportunity

Reconciliation Operations Expertise

As a seasoned reconciliation operations professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. This involves performing daily reconciliations and balancing for deposits, cards, and unsecured loans.

  • Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Escalate to Team Manager on any other exceptions.
  • Apply knowledge learnt & propose ideas to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and support TM/TL in system enhancements or process improvement projects.

Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Experience in reconciliation or banking operations, using SmartStream TLM system or other reconciliation systems will be highly beneficial.

Ability to collect and analyse data and make recommendations.

Good command of software skills, MS Office & Excel skill etc.
