Data Cleaning and Reconciliation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Cleaning and Reconciliation Specialist to assume key responsibilities in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data cleaning, with experience working on comprehensive data projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing thorough data cleaning and reconciliation activities, focusing on employee records across multiple data fields. This will involve conducting verification of employee information through direct engagement, cross-referencing existing records against source documents, and identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute efficient data cleaning and reconciliation processes.
  • Verify employee information by engaging directly with employees, cross-checking existing records against source documents, and addressing data discrepancies.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resource/Information Technology with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in data cleaning and reconciliation is preferred.
  • Good IT skills and ability to work on multiple IT systems and platforms.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
