Employee Data Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities for Workday, concentrating on employee records across multiple data fields including educational qualifications, professional certifications, learning and development records, and other relevant data fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough verification of employee information through direct engagement with staff to validate data accuracy, cross-referencing existing records against source documents, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and any other duties allocated from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a degree or diploma in business, human resource, or information technology with at least one year of working experience.
  • Experience in Workday is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel software and good written and verbal communication skills.

Work Arrangement:

  • Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
  • Contract Duration: Six months.
  • Location: Jurong.
