Job Overview

As a seasoned clinical research professional, we are seeking a strategic and operations-focused leader to head our cardiovascular therapeutic franchise. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of our business and drive growth through innovative delivery strategies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support new business proposals and ensure successful project delivery within the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Medical Services, and Operations, to evaluate and manage new opportunities and award business to achieve identified targets.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to assigned Project Leads, ensuring effective project delivery and strategy execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' global clinical research experience, including hands-on operational project delivery and/or drug development.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
