Operational Strategy Leader

The Operational Strategy Leader will serve as an expert in their assigned therapeutic area, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support business growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and optimize delivery strategies and solutions for Early and Late Phase, multi-service, multi-region studies or programs.
  • Work with experts to differentiate the organization from its competitors in the assigned area.
  • Support long-term business growth through collaboration with functional area heads and stakeholders.
  • Create effective delivery strategies and solutions for all projects in the assigned area, addressing specific needs and challenges of each project and customer.
  • Engage and coordinate Operations Area Lead team members to align with the global operational strategy in the specified therapeutic area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years global clinical research experience, including hands-on operational project delivery and/or drug development.
  • Minimum 5 years global business development experience, ideally in a hands-on capacity with RFPs, BDMs, client leadership, and relationship management.
  • Expert experience in one or more operational areas and ability to implement projects within the assigned therapeutic area.
