Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource Management, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the field. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving our organization's learning and talent development strategy, with a focus on building a skilled and agile workforce.


Estimated Salary Range: SGD $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Director, Learning & Talent Management. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for formulating strategies, policies, and processes related to learning and talent management. Your primary goal will be to drive business success by developing and implementing effective talent development programs that meet the needs of our organization.


Talent Development Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and talent development plans to build a skilled and agile workforce.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify strategic learning focus areas and develop leadership and functional competency frameworks.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs based on business requirements.

Organizational Development Responsibilities:
  1. Lead team in charting organizational development strategic roadmap and operationalizing initiatives across different workstreams.
  2. Drive change interventions within the organization to accelerate transformation journey aligned with University's strategic goals.

Talent Management Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and guidance on design and development of talent management frameworks to lift talent pool and strengthen leadership pipeline.
  2. Grow talent within the organization through building talent pipeline and development of high potential talents.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in designing and driving change, culture building, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organizational learning and have excellent execution skills with leadership experience at team level.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources function.
  • Proven success at helm of L&D function.
  • Strong track record in designing and driving change, culture building, and employee engagement.
