Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced grounds maintenance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the health and appearance of plants, shrubs, trees, flowerbeds, grass turfs, and irrigation systems.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to promote plant growth.
- Water plants and remove weeds or unwanted plants.
- Cut or prune plants to maintain their shape and appearance.
- Propagate plants through various methods.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders about potential job risks or hazards.
- Perform other instructions from the Landscape Supervisor and Manager as assigned.
- A minimum of primary/secondary education with relevant landscape gardening experience.
- Possession of WSQ Landscape Operation (Entry Level) Certification is advantageous.
- No age limit; ability to work outdoors required.
- Physical fitness to handle tools and move around easily during work.
- Negotiable salary package.
- Preferably Singaporean candidate.
- Able to multitask efficiently.
- Strong administration skills.
- Familiarity with landscape architecture principles.
- Physically fit to handle demanding tasks.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven resource management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
