Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing health services research ideas, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and mentoring junior researchers.


  • Conduct research projects in health services and operational research.
  • Prepare and review research papers, present findings, and build collaborative networks.
  • Support project management and provide guidance to healthcare worker researchers.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop an independent portfolio of research projects.
  • Assist Principal Investigator(s) with research grant administration, including variation and extension requests, claims submission, and progress reporting.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department.

Requirements


  • PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of experience in medical research preferred.
  • Expertise in Health Services Research (HSR) and applied statistics, including study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing data-driven healthcare solutions, with knowledge of AI methodologies such as machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute projects across various health service domains, from conceptualization to implementation, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with practical experience applying machine learning and analytical frameworks to healthcare challenges.
