Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and business partnering to lead our Talent Acquisition Division.

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering, you will drive talent strategies, support key business units, and lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to meet both current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement, and advisory services on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coach and advise stakeholders on effective people management and performance strategies.
  • Collaborate with line managers to assess manpower requirements and provide strategic input on workforce planning and proactive HR initiatives.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, shortlisting, and assessment to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop compelling, targeted job postings.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, platforms, and technology to enhance sourcing strategies and streamline processes.
  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
  • Contribute to various talent acquisition projects, including process improvement, adoption of new technologies, and employer branding.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptive, with a demonstrated ability to navigate change.
  • Well-networked and capable of gathering market insights and leveraging relationships to inform HR strategies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive and high-performance culture.
