Leasing Director

This is a leadership role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the leasing function of our retail real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement strategies that maximise rental income and occupancy levels.
  • To conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and secure new tenants.
  • To design and execute marketing campaigns to attract high-quality tenants.
  • To negotiate leases and manage tenancy-related matters.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • To lead the productivity and performance of the leasing team.
  • To oversee all aspects of lease management.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Real Estate, Building Management or Marketing with at least 2 years' experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of tenancy agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Organised, meticulous and highly numerate.
  • Motivated, resourceful and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
