Job Opportunity: Leasing Operations Director

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of a retail space, ensuring occupancy and revenue are maximized. They will develop and implement leasing strategies, coordinate department activities, and negotiate lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to create and execute leasing plans
  • E nsure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • B ui ld and maintain relationships with tenants and partners
  • Conduct market analysis and trend reports
  • Manage tenancy schedules and other related reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience
  • Real Estate Salesperson license
  • Strong networking skills and understanding of Singapore's retail landscape
