Lease Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Director to oversee our leasing activities in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lease strategies within assigned portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and extensions for warehouses, distribution centers, and related office spaces. Collaborate with internal departments to finalize lease terms and conditions. Ensure all costs associated with leased properties are tracked and reported accurately.

Budgeting and Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation and management of the lease budget. Review and approve invoices related to leased properties. Monitor lease escalations and ensure favorable lease terms align with company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
