The role of General Manager, Leasing involves leading a team in the execution of leasing strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties with at least 15 years' experience.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to increase revenue and reduce vacancies
  • Manage and provide direction to the team in the execution of leasing strategies
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of the properties within the commercial portfolio
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in commercial leasing
  • Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties
