Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional property marketing and leasing services for a managed portfolio. This includes handling negotiations for new leases, renewals or terminations, prospecting for new tenants, and conducting market surveys to source suitable candidates.

Responsibilities also include processing and following up on all lease documents to ensure completion, updating leasing reports and schedules, liaising with landlords and clients' representatives, conducting site visits and inspections, and preparing summary updates for management meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal Education & Certification: Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent
  • Knowledge & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in leasing with local landlords, retailers and/or F&B, CEA Salesperson License, excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
