Patient Services Assistant

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing patient transportation services within and outside the hospital. Your role will also involve collecting and delivering patient-related items, as well as performing administrative duties and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and accompany patients during transportation
- Collect and deliver patient-related items
- Perform simple administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- GCE N levels/O levels or Secondary School education with minimum 2 years of working experience
- Able to speak, read and write simple English
- Basic IT knowledge to handle e-systems, computers, and smartphones
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent walking required
- Must be able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. The job requires frequent walking and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
