We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee renovation projects in Bukit Batok.

This individual will be responsible for assisting the Director in daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance with construction drawings, ensuring acceptable standards of workmanship.
  • Setting objectives, assigning responsibilities, coaching staff, and training new employees on safe and efficient work practices.
  • Enforcing strict safety guidelines, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, and upholding company standards.
  • Reviewing workflow, checking output against specifications, identifying issues, and recommending improvements for efficiency.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in renovation works or related field.
  • Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
  • Ability to work comfortably during off-normal hours/weekends as required.
