Experienced Renovation Specialist Wanted

We are seeking experienced renovation specialists to manage restaurant renovations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to strict safety standards.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee renovation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to deliver exceptional results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning services expertise
- Carpentry, joinery, flooring, tiling, and waterproofing knowledge
- Civil & structural basics: walls, ceilings, partitions experience
- Licensing and compliance: BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, EMA, URA/Landlord Permits
- Knowledge of WSH, Fire Safety, MOM Regulations
- Project and site management skills: supervise subcontractors, quality and safety checks
- Additional requirements: fire safety, licensing, asset management, Microsoft Excel, construction, analytical skills, ability to work independently
