Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring successful product demonstrations, technical presentations, and RFx responses, contributing to closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

A player-coach role means you'll work with FinTech companies of all sizes, applying your banking and FinTech knowledge to help them design the next generation of financial services.

Solutions Engineering Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement presales strategies aligned with regional sales goals and global processes.
  • Contribute to Global Solutions Engineering initiatives and ensure alignment on product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Oversee accurate and quality workshops, proof of concepts, and RFx responses.
Team Leadership and Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of presales solution engineers.
  • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on presales activities and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze presales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on presales performance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, preferably within the financial services or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing team.
  • Deep understanding of core banking systems and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business model.
  • A consultative, customer-facing mindset of listening, understanding, and anticipating customer needs.
