About the Role
This position entails overseeing various projects, encompassing mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, administering, and managing these projects from commencement to completion.
The successful candidate will be tasked with creating detailed designs, producing tender drawings and specifications, as well as cost estimates. Site inspections, meetings, and reviews of technical submissions are also part of this role.
A key responsibility is contract administration, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems are additional responsibilities.
Requirements- Education: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independence: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
