Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing maintenance and reliability engineering activities, ensuring high equipment reliability in compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining site-wide equipment and facilities, achieving high equipment reliability in a cost-effective manner.
The Mechanical Technician will work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime, coordinate maintenance and project manager activities, and perform preventive/predictive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- GCE 'O' level, NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries
- Certification in assigned area, if applicable
- Computer skills and good written and verbal English communication skills
