Highly Skilled Mechanical Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of building engineering projects.
The primary responsibilities of this role include understanding contract requirements and M&E specifications, monitoring progress and quality of workmanship, and complying with project requirements and construction schedules.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all M&E site activities are well-planned, well-coordinated, and on time. You will also work closely with planners on the project schedule and coordinate with all M&E stakeholders to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
In addition, you will conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to facilitation RE and RTO inspection, carry out testing and commissioning activities at work sites for both mechanical and electrical aspects, and update and follow up on variation orders with clients and consultants.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who possesses a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering recognized by PE Board / BCA or relevant M&E accreditation recognized by PE Board/BCA, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in Building Engineering projects. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCad, and BIM is essential, as well as good analytical, supervision, and communication skills.
Requirements:- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering recognized by PE Board / BCA or relevant M&E accreditation recognized by PE Board/BCA
- At least 8 years' experience in Building Engineering projects
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior roles
- Experience with prefabricated MEP system projects will have an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad, and BIM
