Senior Bar Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bar Lead to oversee the daily operations of our bar. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for mixology and leadership to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing bar operations, including overseeing the front and back of house teams, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient management of resources.
  • Manage the beverage program, including menu development, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative cocktails and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Lead marketing and public relations efforts to promote the bar and increase commercial visibility.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive.


Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Head Mixologist or similar role.
  • Experience in Asia or World 50 best bar is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in Financial and Marketing Area.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office-Words & Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective conflict management skills, respecting a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
