Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced beverage management professional to lead our team of mixologists in creating exceptional cocktails and beverage experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create dynamic and diverse cocktail and beverage menus for multiple concepts, reflecting current industry trends and seasonal ingredients.
  • Develop signature cocktails that are creative and flavorful.
  • Oversee and manage a robust beverage program, including coffees, teas, spirit-free beverages, and other specialties.
  • Continuously explore new ingredients, techniques, and concepts to keep the beverage program fresh and enticing.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Maintain mastery of mixology techniques, presentation, and creation.
  • Organise guest shifts and facilitate collaborative experiences with industry experts and leaders.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and consistency across all cocktails.
  • Conduct regular tastings and trainings for the beverage team.
  • Monitor inventory, analyse financials, and work with the finance team to optimise costs and maximise profitability.
  • Lead and inspire a beverage team by setting a positive example and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Act as brand ambassador, representing and promoting the venues.
  • Negotiate favourable pricing and terms with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of experience in beverage management and mixology in reputable establishments.
  • In-depth knowledge of wine & spirits and beverage trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen to make sound decisions.
  • A passion for beverage and mixology, with a drive to continuously learn and improve.
