About The Role:

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will lead a team of managers and employees across the hotel's restaurants and bar, ensuring the highest standards of service and brand values.

">

Key Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and inspiring a team, supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in shaping the long-term strategic vision, driving profitability through labor cost management, partnering with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to develop innovative menus, developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans, engaging actively with guests, and ensuring seamless communication and cooperation across departments.

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work on weekends and festive holidays.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within an international luxury hotel brand.

">

Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.

">

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

">

Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

">

Exceptional guest engagement skills with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver personalized service.

">

Detail-oriented, creative, and highly motivated to raise the bar in dining excellence.

">

Strong awareness of the local F&B landscape and competitor trends.
