You are a highly experienced hotelier who is passionate about offering extraordinary dining experience to the guests. You’re one who seek out creativity and eager to be the leader in spearheading trends in local food scene. Your great personality & charisma enables you to interact well with people. Not forgetting, you are a great leader who listens empathetically to both guests and your team members and one who is motivated by challenges along the way.
**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Minimally two years as Director of Food & Beverage in a well-established luxury hotel brand
- Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet management
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- A creative flair in food & beverage promotions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
