We are looking for a **Senior Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) **to join our team

As the **Senior Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) **, we rely on you to:

- Support the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet and banquet
- Managing the Outlet and Banquet Operations.
- Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
- Take responsibility for the branding, revenue and profitability of Food & Beverage Department
- Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Must have experience working in either Banquet, Restaurant or a hotel environment
- Leads by example
- A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Thinks out of the box
- Willing to work shifts
