    Our client is part of a listed banking and financial services group and is setting up their new operations in Singapore
    Job Description
    • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day operations, including trade settlements, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
    • Implement efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.

    The Successful Applicant What's on Offer
    • Risk Management:
    • Monitor operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Conduct periodic audit and reviews.
    • Technology and Systems:
    • Oversee IT infrastructure and systems related to operations.
    • Work closely with the IT team to enhance operational tools and platforms.
    • Troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the operations team.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
    • Drive performance excellence.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within a brokerage or capital markets environment.
    • Strong understanding of securities operations, settlements, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
