Senior Operations Manager

Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, effective maintenance, and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the facilities management team
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and fault requests
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management
  • Proven experience in facilities management or related field
  • Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure
