Senior Operations Manager

At our organisation, we are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily F&B store operations to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with quality standards.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain exceptional customer service levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise cost efficiency.
  • Manage customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support management in planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities.
  • Analyse sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in senior operations or management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
