Experienced Bartender Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled bartender to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mixing of ingredients and preparation of craft cocktails
  • Assisting with bar opening and closing procedures, as well as performing various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing foods & garnishes, setting up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients and homemade ingredients
  • Restocking and replenishing bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times
  • Maintaining the highest standards of bar hygiene and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in bartending
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving beverages
  • Positive attitude, motivation and passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and Public Holidays
