Compensation & Benefits Specialist, East Asia & India

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee all C&B matters in East Asia and India. This includes accountability for the design, development, implementation, and management of market competitive compensation and benefits solutions for the region.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide compensation and benefits support for nine countries and approximately 1,400 employees.
  • Day-to-day compensation and benefit support and advice to regional HR teams in the implementation, communication, and administration of all compensation and benefit programs.
  • Partner with HR Managers and HR Business Partners within the EAI region to ensure timely review of all current compensation and benefit programs within the region.
  • As part of the budget planning process, lead the identification of options to ensure market competitiveness and make cost-effective recommendations on pay structures, incentive plans, compensation policies, medical/life/accident insurance, pension schemes, and other ad-hoc incentive plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (master's degree is preferred).
  • 8 to 10 years professional experience, including minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits experience in a multi-country environment in East Asia India.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – demonstrated ability to use complex analysis to drive insights and decision making.
