About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Business Analyst Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining and driving the development of digital solutions on the APAC Horizon platform.

Your responsibilities will include managing business processes across various APAC product suites, including Device Protection, Upgrade, Open Market, Trade-In, and Direct to Consumer. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that technology solutions align with overall business objectives and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management across enterprise products/services, including device protection, upgrade, supply chain processes, and IT project management.

Key Accountabilities include owning the business processes (Claims, Upgrade, Trade-In, Work Queues, Finance) across all new products managed by regional APAC and relaying requirements to the APAC Horizon development team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management across any enterprise Product/Service.
  • Ability to design process flows, systems, build IT functional documentation, and project plans.
  • Strong analytic skills and understanding of statistical methodologies.
  • Able to communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams and manage expectations.
