Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst at Martingale, you will lead impactful projects that drive business insights through data analysis, research methodologies, and market trend evaluation. You will manage a small team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team, guiding them in research, analysis, and report creation.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research across multiple industries and markets, tracking key trends and developments.
  • Report Writing: Develop clear, concise, and actionable reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing insights to product development, market strategies, and overall business performance.
  • Data Management: Oversee and ensure the accuracy and integrity of large datasets to support analytical insights.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Manage and lead a small team to deliver high-quality research and analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide valuable insights to inform and guide business decisions and strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and knowledge-sharing, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Drive operational excellence and collaboration between departments to achieve business goals.

You Should Apply If...

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, consultancy, or related fields, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support while ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and data analysis tools/software. Experience with business intelligence platforms is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to new challenges and learning opportunities.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, capable of building relationships and working effectively across teams.
